I am available to offer insights into “Education Law in Turbulent Times.” For instance, I present on how states can protect student rights and public schools in the age of school choice. I also give lectures about other education law topics as well.

I also conduct trainings on education law matters. This includes workshops designed to increase legal literacy for educators. I also provide trainings for organizations and advocacy groups that wish to protect the rights of students and public schools.

I advise and consult on legislation and policy pertaining to education privatization. Examples include technical reports, white papers, and legislative testimony on the legal and policy concerns surrounding vouchers, charter schools, and student rights.
